以垂向减震器座为例,采用砂型铸造工艺,设计了两种浇注系统方案,利用ANSYS分析软件分别对垂向减震器座铸造凝固过程中两种浇注方案的温度场进行模拟仿真,根据铸件温度场模拟结果分析,预测铸件凝固过程中的凝固顺序和可能产生缩孔缩松的铸件部位,最终选出了最佳浇注工艺方案。
Taking the vertical shock absorber seat as an example, two kinds of casting system schemes were designed by using the sand casting technology. The temperature field of two kinds of casting schemes in the process of casting and solidifying the vertical shock absorber was simulated by ANSYS software. According to the analysis of the simulation results of the temperature field of the casting, the order of the solidification during the solidification of the casting and the castings where shrinkage porosity may occur are predicted, and finally the optimal casting scheme is selected.
