观察在高脂血症形成过程中松籽油对大鼠血脂和脂质过氧化的影响。在高脂饲料中加入6%的松籽油喂饲Wistar雄性大鼠三周,使高脂血症大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量、LDL-C与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(UDL-C)比值(LDL-C/HDL-C)、致动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)的升高作用和HDL-C/TC比值的降低程度得到减轻。高脂摄入使大鼠肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性降低而过氧化脂质(LPO)含量增加,但松籽油组大鼠肝脏LPO水平低于月见草油组。提示松籽油有利于调节血脂及预防动脉粥样硬化(AS)。
To observe the effect of pine nut oil on blood lipids and lipid peroxidation in the process of hyperlipidemia.
