在使用S195型柴油机中,我们碰到有几台车的喷油嘴老是不经用,有的一副油嘴工作一百多小时就磨损严重。我们对燃油系统逐件检查,发现是由于细滤器内少一个密封圈造成的。S195柴油机细滤器的构造如图1示,由粗滤器来的燃油,从进油管接头螺栓进入罩壳与滤芯之间,柴油透过滤芯后从滤芯内腔与螺杆的间隙向上流入出油管,然后进入高压油泵中。为了保证滤清,细滤器上密封部位有三处:1.罩壳与盖的结合处用橡胶圈7密封;
