痛风是嘌呤代谢紊乱所致的一组综合疾病,其恃点是尿酸积聚,肾脏排出尿酸减少,引起高尿酸血症。常表现为痛风性急性关节炎反复发作,痛风石沉积、关节畸形,肾小球和肾小管等实质性病变和尿酸结石形成。痛风病的诊断虽不十分困难,但由于临床医生的忽略,误诊误治情况却时有发生,误治时可引起极为严重的后果。为此有必要加強对本病的认识,在有类似症状的鉴别诊断时,想到本病的可能。
Gout is a group of diseases caused by purine metabolic disorders, its key point is the accumulation of uric acid, renal excretion of uric acid decreased, causing hyperuricemia. Often manifested as recurrent gouty acute arthritis, deposition of tophi, joint deformity, glomerular and tubular parenchymal lesions and formation of uric acid stones. Although the gout disease diagnosis is not very difficult, but because of the negligence of clinicians, misdiagnosis and mistreatment sometimes occur, mistakenly governance can cause extremely serious consequences. To this end it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the disease, in the differential diagnosis of similar symptoms, think of the possibility of this disease.
