利用双层石英管法对RE—Si—S三元体系进行了研究(RE=Y和Gd),发现在1200℃时生成了黑色柱状新化合物单晶,经电子探针分析和结构解析表明,此三元化合物为RE_6Si_(10)/_3S_(14),属于六方晶系,空间群为P6_3,Z=1。用RU—200型四园衍射仪收集到1025个独立衍射点,取3σ以上可观测点727个,结构参数精算至R=0.052,该化合物具有Ce_6Al_(10/3)S_(14)构型,晶胞参数分别为(1)Y_6Si_(10/3)S_(14),a=9.756(2),c=5.659(2)A;(2)Gd_6Si_(10/_3)S_(14),a=9.852(1),c=5.652(4)A。
The RE-Si-S ternary system (RE = Y and Gd) was investigated by double-layer quartz tube method. It was found that black columnar new single crystal was formed at 1200 ℃. The electron probe analysis and structural analysis showed that RE- The ternary compound is RE_6Si_ (10) / _3S_ (14), belongs to the hexagonal system, space group P6_3, Z = 1. A total of 1025 independent diffraction spots were collected by RU-200 type four-garden diffractometer. 727 observation points above 3σ were taken and the structure parameters were calculated to R = 0.052.
