随着国家对建设工程相关的管理规范、标准、办法不断出台和更新,工程建设更加趋于规范,监理制度日趋完善,对监理的要求越来越高。近年来全国发生了多起重大安全质量事故,监理企业和责任人不同程度的受到行政处罚和刑事处罚,促使监理加大对责任风险的管理与控制。本人结合多年的监理工作经验,从工程安全、质量、市场经营风险方面,监理面临的风险责任,谈一谈项目监理风险的管控,供大家参考。
