本文针对当前涉税违法案件的表现形式及特点,通过分析研究其发生的内在原因及规律,提出了科学有效的防范对策以防止和减少偷逃税案件的发生。

In this paper, according to the manifestations and characteristics of the current tax-related cases, this paper puts forward scientific and effective precautionary measures to prevent and reduce the incidence of tax evasion by analyzing and studying its internal causes and rules.
