目的探讨射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HF-PEF)与血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP_2)、B型钠尿肽前体N端(NT-proBNP)及血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)之间的相关性。方法通过临床病例整体抽样选取射血分数保留的心力衰竭患者72例,作为HF-PEF组,按照纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级分为Ⅱ-Ⅳ级,同期从体检中心体检者中选取心功能正常者作为对照组,26例,两组均采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定MMP_2,同时测定血清中NT-proBNP及HCY水平,并对HF-PEF组与对照组之间三项指标进行分析比较。结果1.与心功能正常者对照组相比,HF-PEF组中的MMP_2,NT-proBNP与HCY水平均有显著性升高(P<0.05),且不同NYHA心功能分组中,三者水平也存在显著性差异(P<0.05);2.HF-PEF组患者血清中MMP_2与NT-proBNP、HCY呈明显正相关,相关系数分别为0.842、0.650(P<0.01),NT-proBNP与HCY之间呈明显正相关(r=0.592,P<0.01)。结论 HF-PEF患者血清中MMP_2,NT-proBNP与HCY水平与心功能分级与疾病的发展呈正相关,联合检测三者对HF-PEF患者的诊断和心衰程度的评估具有指导意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between HF-PEF and serum matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP 2), NT-proBNP and serum homocysteine (HCY) Relevance.
