手机是目前大家接触最多、使用最频繁的通讯工具之一。随着手机越来越普及,大家对因为手机配件损耗而选择保修换货或者局部换配件也越来越关注。消费者最重视的莫过于手机的品质,研究手机的故障率对于消费者的购买具有向导作用;对于供应商来说,手机配件每个月的损耗率,关系到配件的生产预订,库存的管理。研究手机的故障率则会为他们的销售方向导航,除了从中盈利之外,还能提供及时的供货、维修和提前做好充分的备货准备,提高客户的服务水平。
