随着我国加入世贸组织,国内市场经济体制日趋完善,国有企业特别是大中型企业面临着极为严峻的考验和挑战。作为国企的档案管理人员,必须在新形势下解放思想,突破原有的思维定式,树立新观念,强化新意识,与时俱进,开拓进取,才能为国有企业重振雄风做出应有的贡献。笔者认为当前国企档案工作者必须增强三种意识: 一、情报意识国企档案工作者的情报意识,就是要有把“死档案”转化为“活情报”的意识,就是档案工作者走向社会、收集开发利用能为企业创造经济效益服务的档案信息资源的意识,就是使档案信息资源服务于企业的意识。
