目的了解检查包装间消毒质量,探讨改进方法。方法对2009年1月-2012年12月检查包装间空气、物体表面、医务人员手的监测结果进行分析。结果各种监测对象共采样648份,合格率97.0%;其中医务人员手合格率最低,为92.6%。结论加强检查包装间各项监测及环节消毒质量控制,尤其是手卫生,提高清洗消毒后的器械、器具、物品质量。
Objective To understand the quality of packaging disinfection, to explore ways to improve. Methods From January 2009 to December 2012, the monitoring results of air, surface and medical staff in packing were analyzed. Results A total of 648 samples were collected, with a pass rate of 97.0%. The lowest pass rate of medical staff was 92.6%. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the inspection and control of the quality of sterilization and control of all aspects of packaging, especially hand hygiene, and improve the quality of instruments, utensils and articles after cleaning and disinfection.
