目的:研究九节根的化学成分。方法:九节根用80%乙醇回流提取,提取液经减压浓缩得到浸膏,水部位应用D101大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、ODS C18和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱分离得到8个化合物,并根据其理化性质和波谱分析来解析这些化合物的结构。结果:从九节根中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:asperulosidic acid(1)、6-methoxygeniposidic acid(2)、6α-hydroxygeniposide(3)、deacetylasperulosidic acid(4)、asperuloside(5)、蔗糖(6)、蔗糖乙酸酯(7)、葡萄糖乙酸酯(8)。结论:化合物1、2、4、5为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2、4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of nine roots. Methods: Nine roots were extracted with 80% ethanol and the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to get the extract. D101 macroporous resin was applied to the water. Eight compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, ODS C18 and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of these compounds were resolved based on their physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from nine roots and identified as asperulosidic acid (1), 6-methoxygeniposidic acid (2), 6α-hydroxygeniposide (3), deacetylasperulosidic acid (4), asperuloside (6), sucrose acetate (7), glucose acetate (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 4 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 2 and 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
