水平井已逐渐成为煤层气开发的一种技术手段,但是普通的裸眼多分支水平井存在钻井成本高、施工风险大、排采时煤层易垮塌、后期无法进行改造等难题。通过优化井身结构和施工工艺,采用筛管完井,在水平段下入筛管支撑井壁,可以减少煤层垮塌和进行改造作业,提高煤层气井的单井产量和生产寿命。该技术的应用,实现了煤层气水平井井身结构简约化的转变,大大降低了钻井成本,对促进煤层气的高效开发具有一定的实际意义。
Horizontal wells have gradually become a kind of technical means for CBM development. However, common openhole multi-branch horizontal wells have the problems of high drilling cost, large construction risk, easy collapse of coal seams during mining and failure to be rebuilt in the later period. By optimizing the structure of the wellbore and the construction process, it is possible to reduce the collapse of the coal seam and carry out the reformation work by using the screen-pipe completion and the screen-supporting pipe wall under the horizontal section, so as to improve the single well production and the production life of the coalbed methane well. The application of this technology has realized the simplification of wellbore structure of horizontal well in CBM, greatly reduced the drilling cost and has certain practical significance for promoting the efficient development of CBM.
