可持续发展涉及人与自然、人与社会、人与人的多重关系,蕴涵着经济、社会与人口、资源、环境等多种利益关系和复杂矛盾。对于发展中的中国来说,实现可持续发展具有特殊的重要性。与此同时,可持续发展迫切需要法对其的保障,没有法的规范与引导作为基础,可持续发展便将成为空中楼阁。可持续发展是以人为本,可持续发展给法带来了冲击,而法又是可持续发展的重要保障,可持续发展法制化的有效实施仍任重而道远。
Sustainable development involves the multiple relationships between man and nature, man and society, and man and man. It contains many kinds of interests and complicated contradictions such as economy, society, population, resources and environment. For developing China, achieving sustainable development is of special importance. At the same time, sustainable development urgently needs the guarantee of law. Without law norms and guidance as a foundation, sustainable development will become an open court. Sustainable development is people-oriented. The sustainable development has brought the impact on the law. However, the law is an important guarantee for sustainable development. The effective implementation of the legal system for sustainable development is still a long way to go.
