Not long ago, I went to a residential quarters in Shanghai to conduct a standardized property management services research, some residents with deep emotion to reflect: the past, where the Housing Department is the “Housing Tiger”, and now the property management company here is the “real estate cow.” This metaphor is appropriate, let alone regardless; the quality of property management companies have won the praise of the masses, it is worth to be affirmed. In recent years, Shanghai residential property management has developed rapidly, but overall it is still in its infancy. It has a long way to go to meet the requirements of establishing a socialist market economic system and the quality and level of property management needs to be further improved. To this end, the “room cow” spirit is particularly valuable.
