用位错理论阐述了振动时效减少残余应力的程度与金属中位错密度变化有关。由于位错密度变化,增加了金属材料抗变形能力,从而提高了焊件的尺寸稳定性。
The dislocation theory is used to illustrate that the degree of residual stress reduction by vibration aging is related to the change of dislocation density in metal. As the dislocation density changes, increasing the resistance to deformation of metal materials, thereby increasing the dimensional stability of the weldment.
