At present, there are many problems in the upstream industry of petroleum industry in our country, but the most important problem can be summed up as follows: the undesirable cycle formed by the three contradictions of investment, reserve and output. Upstream oil industry management issues can be summarized as “double triangle” mode. The first management triangle is: to put a multitude of oil production attributed to doing a good job three things, namely, investment, reserves and production, and strive to form a global positive cycle
