以巴彦高勒矿311101工作面为背景,采用现场测试、理论计算和数值模拟相结合的方法,在揭示大采高综采工作面侧向支承压力分布规律基础上,研究不同宽度区段煤柱应力场及塑性区分布特征,最后确定合理区段煤柱宽度。研究表明:煤柱宽度15~20 m时,煤柱中央仍有一定弹性核,煤柱稳定。考虑煤炭资源回收和巷道围岩稳定等因素,确定区段煤柱宽度为15 m。
Based on the 311101 working face of Bayan Gaolle Mine, this paper uses the combination of field test, theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. On the basis of revealing the lateral bearing pressure distribution in the fully mechanized highdelipping mining face, Column stress field and plastic zone distribution characteristics, and finally determine the reasonable section of pillars width. The results show that when coal pillar width is 15 ~ 20 m, there is still a certain elastic core in the center of coal pillar, and coal pillar is stable. Considering the recovery of coal resources and the stability of roadway surrounding rock, it is determined that the width of coal pillar in the section is 15 m.
