在“中国生态住宅技术评估手册”和“绿色建筑评价标准”基础上,运用层次分析法与模糊数学原理,构建了包含6项一级指标和25项二级指标的多因素多级指标生态建筑综合评估模型。该评估模型利用三角模糊矩阵及层次分析法计算各项指标的权重值,通过一级和二级模糊综合评价,得出量化的评判结果,最后还通过实例生态建筑的评估对模型进行了验证,结果表明:该评估模型不仅能给出被评建筑的生态等级,而且还能量化被评建筑及其一级指标对各生态等级的隶属程度。这使得评估结果更加直观、更具说服力,同时也为提高被评建筑的生态等级明确了方向。
Based on the “China Eco-housing Technology Evaluation Manual” and “Green Building Evaluation Criteria”, using the analytic hierarchy process and the principle of fuzzy mathematics, a multi-factor multi-factor Level Indicator Ecological Building Comprehensive Assessment Model. The evaluation model uses the triangular fuzzy matrix and analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index. Through the first and second level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the quantitative evaluation results are obtained. Finally, the model is validated through the evaluation of the example ecological architecture. The results show that the evaluation model can not only give the ecological rating of the buildings to be evaluated, but also quantify the degree of subordination of the assessed buildings and their first-level indicators to each ecological level. This makes the assessment results more intuitive and more convincing, but also to improve the ecological rating of the building has set a clear direction.
