“康大301”是以ZY37-7-5为母本,ZY206-9为父本配制而成的牛角型辣椒一代杂种。该品种早熟,春播从定植到始收约53d,生育期180d;植株长势中等,第一雌花节位为第8~9节;果实长牛角型,绿色,果面较光滑,果实纵径14.60cm,横径4.85cm,果肉厚0.33cm,平均单果重约63.0g,商品性好,连续坐果性好,高抗病毒病、疫病和炭疽病,早期平均产量为1 024.84kg/667m2,总产量平均3 965.41kg/667m2。
