1995年4月8日至9日,大跨度桥梁和高层建筑抗风学术研讨会在四川绵阳举行。会议由西南交通大学沈大元教授及中国空气动力研究与发展中心贺德馨、陈作斌总工程师主持。参加会议有铁道部大桥工程局勘测设计院、交通部公路规划院、铁道科学研究院、上海市政工程设计研究院、福建省交通规划设计院、四川省交通厅勘察设计院、西南建筑设计院、上海黄浦江大桥工程建设处、厦门路桥建设投资总公司、中国长江三峡工程开发总公司工程建设部、铁道部大桥工程局桥梁科学研究所,以及中国气动力研究与发展中心,西南交通大学等代表共49人。
From April 8 to April 9, 1995, a wind-resistant academic seminar on long-span bridges and high-rise buildings was held in Mianyang, Sichuan.
