目的了解杨浦区2009年至2012年不同工种放射工作人员所受外照射剂量水平,为加强放射防护的科学管理提供依据。方法按照职业性外照射个人监测规范要求,用热释光剂量测量的方法进行监测。结果 2009-2012年有效监测工作人员2540人,人均年剂量为0.75 m Sv/a;年剂量<2 m Sv者占监测总人数的99.17%;人均年剂量最大的为核医学工作人员(0.91 m Sv/a)。结论杨浦区放射工作人员的工作环境基本是安全的,应加强核医学和介入放射学人员的防护管理。
Objective To understand the level of external exposure of radiation workers of different types from 2009 to 2012 in Yangpu District and provide the basis for strengthening the scientific management of radiation protection. Methods According to occupational external exposure personal monitoring norms, using thermoluminescence dose measurement method for monitoring. Results There were 2540 effective monitoring staff from 2009 to 2012, with annual per capita dose of 0.75 m Sv / a; annual dose of <2 m Sv accounted for 99.17% of the total number of monitoring; per capita annual dose of nuclear medicine staff (0.91 m Sv / a). Conclusion The working environment of radiographers in Yangpu District is basically safe and should be strengthened in the prevention and management of nuclear medicine and interventional radiology personnel.
