建立一种简单、准确的人血中1,3-丁二烯(butadiene,BD)的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)和顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)检测方法,并进行方法验证。BD 的定性采用GC-MS 和HS-GC 两种方法,定量采用HSGC。BD 在50~500μg/mL 线性良好(r>0.99)。方法检出限和定量限分别为10μg/mL 和50 μg/mL。日内和日间精密度均低于6.08%,准确度为96.98%~103.81%。本研究的方法测得实际案例血液中BD 质量浓度为242μg/mL。本方法简单、可靠,可适用于BD 的常规法医学分析。
A simple and accurate gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC) detection method of 1,3-butadiene (BD) in human blood was established and the method verification. Qualitative analysis of BD using GC-MS and HS-GC two methods, the quantitative use of HSGC. BD was linear at 50-500 μg / mL (r> 0.99). The limit of detection and limit of quantification were 10 μg / mL and 50 μg / mL, respectively. Intra-day and inter-day precision were less than 6.08%, accuracy of 96.98% ~ 103.81%. The method of this study measured the actual case of blood BD mass concentration of 242μg / mL. This method is simple and reliable and can be applied to conventional forensic analysis of BD.
