采用包覆沉淀法制备了纳米SiO2/TiO2复合粉体,考察了包覆速度、温度对所得产品性能的影响,通过TEM表征和紫外吸收光谱分析,得出合适的包覆速度是改性的关键,并初步探讨了其影响机理。以紫外光照下降解甲基橙为目标,研究了改性温度和焙烧温度对纳米SiO2/TiO2复合粉体的光催化能力的影响规律。结果表明,合适包覆速度改性后的粉体粒度分布均匀,紫外吸收能力增强,分散性提高;低温改性后的粉体,低温煅烧后光活性较好,高温改性后的粉体,高温煅烧后光活性较好。
The effects of coating speed and temperature on the properties of the product were investigated. The TEM and UV-Vis absorption spectra showed that the proper coating speed was the key to the modification , And initially discussed its impact mechanism. The aim of this study was to study the photocatalytic ability of nano-sized SiO2 / TiO2 composite powders with the modification temperature and calcination temperature as the goal. The results showed that the particle size distribution of powder modified by proper coating speed is uniform and the UV absorption capacity is enhanced and dispersibility is improved. The powder modified by low temperature has better photoactivity after calcined at low temperature, High temperature calcination after light activity is better.
