以合作的姿态,助力寻求突破。为促进基础教育高位均衡发展,充分发挥优秀校长的示范、辐射和引领作用。今年9月开学,上海市首次统一选派9位中心城区的新晋特级校长,帮助郊区学校提升办学水平。这9名自愿参加流动交流的特级校长将通过为期两年的工作,以带教、结对和项目推进等方式为郊区学校培养校长,或负责托管、结对郊区农村薄弱学校,改变薄弱学校面貌。他们不仅仅将发挥特级校长的示范、引领作用,更将带动、集聚团队,甚至整个区域的优质资源支援郊区教育。

In order to promote the balanced development of basic education at a high level, we should give full play to the exemplary, radiating and leading roles of outstanding principals. Starting from September this year, Shanghai Municipality will elect a new top-level headmaster of 9 central cities for the first time to help suburban schools improve their school-running standards. The nine heads of state who volunteered to join the mobile exchange will train principals in suburban schools through two-year work, teaching, twinning and project promotion, or will be responsible for hosting and matching weak rural schools in the suburbs to change the appearance of vulnerable schools. They will not only play the exemplary and leading role of super-principals, but will also drive suburban education through excellent teamwork and even high-quality resources from across the region.
