本文研究以鱼粉为主要蛋白源,运用梯度法设计5组蛋白质饲料,在相同饲养条件下,比较用这些饲料进行饲养后长毛对虾仔虾的生长率、增重率和成活率。饲养结果表明,蛋白质含量在46.49~56.64%的饲料,可以满足对虾仔虾正常生长的需要,其中饲料蛋白质含量为56.64%时仔虾的生长率和增量率最高。饲料蛋白质含量超过64%的生长率与增重率略有降低。因此,认为饲料的蛋白质含量46.49%~56.64%的平均值为52%,是长毛对虾仔虾饲料的最适蛋白质含量。
In this paper, fish meal as the main source of protein, the use of gradient design of five groups of protein feed, under the same feeding conditions, compared with these feed after feeding Penaeus longus shrimp growth rate, weight gain rate and survival rate. The results of feeding showed that the feed with the protein content of 46.49 ~ 56.64% could meet the needs of the normal growth of shrimp larvae, and the growth rate and increment rate of larval shrimp were the highest when the feed protein content was 56.64%. Feed protein content of more than 64% of the growth rate and weight gain rate decreased slightly. Therefore, the average protein content of 46.49% ~ 56.64% is considered to be 52%, which is the optimum protein content of feed for shrimp.
