在城市建筑物、构筑物和公共设施上喷涂、张贴非法广告(以下统称“野广告”)已经成为影响市容、长期扰民的一个“顽疾”。为了维护社会秩序,维护城市整体形象,改善投资环境,市政府决定在全市开展严厉打击喷涂张贴各类“野广告”的非法活动。现通告如下:一、禁止在街道两侧建筑物、构筑物及附着物、公共设施上喷涂张贴各类“野广告”。对喷涂张贴者,由各级市容管理部门和监察队伍按照《西安市城市市容和环境卫生管理条例》从重处罚。二、对喷涂张贴各类“野广告”的人员,由公安机关视其情节,按照有关法律依法进行处理。符合收容条件的,由公安、民政部门实施收容遣送。三、伪造、贩卖各种假证件,是触犯国家刑律的违法犯罪行为。各级公安部门将依照有关法律,法规和最高人民法院、最高人民检察院司法解释,对办理各类假证案件予以立案侦
