应用双波长薄层扫描方法对抗衰灵制剂中的五味中药进行定性鉴别分析和对其中三种成分,大黄素、二苯乙烯甙和槲皮素进行定量测定。实验证实,方法重现性好,准确、稳定。可对制剂的质量进行控制。
The dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method was used to qualitatively identify the five Chinese herbs in the anti-Failing preparations and quantify the three components, emodin, stilbene, and quercetin. The experiment confirmed that the method is reproducible, accurate and stable. The quality of the formulation can be controlled.
