结合2013年西安邮电大学信息通信技术实验教学中心获批国家实验教学示范中心的契机,实践了“以信息通信系统开放式系统互联（OSI）模型为主线,通信系统网络架构为载体”的实验中心建设模式,同时依托学科科研优势,采用“三入三出”的方式,使实验中心成为科学研究、工程实践与实验教学之间的“转化器”,从而有效贯彻了教育部在地方高校国家级实验教学示范中心建设过程中倡导的“优质资源融合,教学科研结合,学校与社会联合培养人才”的主导思想。
