海员素质主要由两方面构成:一方面是职业素质,另一方面是专业素质,两者相互依托,构成海员的整体素质内涵。海员素质主要包括以下四个方面内容:高度的责任心和敬业精神;丰富的理论知识和熟练的专业技能;较强的服从意识和团队精神;顽强的意志品质和健康的身心状况。
The quality of seafarers is mainly composed of two aspects: one is professional quality and the other is professional quality. The two depend on each other and constitute the overall quality connotation of seafarers. Seafarer quality mainly includes the following four aspects: a high degree of responsibility and professionalism; rich theoretical knowledge and proficiency in professional skills; a strong sense of obedience and teamwork; tenacious will of the quality of physical and mental health.
