目的探讨电子病历相关问题,为电子病历的实现提供更有力的依据。方法通过电子病历与传统病历比较,发现其独有的特点,了解电子病历的种类、法律保证、技术要求及实施原则。结论电子病历是医院信息化较高级阶段所要执行的功能,也是国内外医院管理者和医院信息开发者所十分关注的问题。电子病历的实现势在必行。
Objective To explore the related issues of electronic medical records and provide a more powerful basis for the realization of electronic medical records. Methods By comparing the electronic medical records with the traditional medical records, we found its unique characteristics, understand the types of electronic medical records, legal assurance, technical requirements and implementation principles. Conclusions Electronic medical records are the functions to be performed in the higher stage of hospital informatization. They are also issues of great concern to hospital managers and hospital information developers at home and abroad. The realization of electronic medical records is imperative.
