本文认为，随着外资金融机构的大量涌入，它们在带来资金、技术、先进的管理经验和充满活力的竞争机制的同时，对我国的金融业也造成了一定的冲击．为此需要完善对外资金融机构的监管，使其更好地服务于我国的经济建设。本文从法律的角度，探讨如何完善对外资金融机构的监管，通过借鉴国外的成功经验，对外资金融机构的进入、经营等方面的法律管制，并对立法中的国际协调等问题提出了一些建议．
This paper argues that with the influx of foreign financial institutions, they bring some financial, technological, advanced management experience and dynamic competition mechanism at the same time, they also have a certain impact on China’s financial industry. To this end, we need to improve the supervision over foreign-funded financial institutions so that they can better serve our country’s economic construction. This article from the legal point of view, how to improve the regulation of foreign financial institutions, by drawing on the successful experience of foreign countries, the foreign financial institutions to enter, operate and other aspects of legal regulation, and the legislation of the international coordination issues such as some suggestions .
