经济法与民法同属七大部门法体系之中,二者是辩证统一的关系。分析经济法与民法的内在联系可以更好地协调二者,使二者相互取长补短,更强有力地保证市场经济的整体效益;分析二者的不同之处,明晰经济法作为一门独立的部门法在规范社会主义市场经济中的重要作用,充分发挥经济法独特的规范作用,促进社会主义市场经济的繁荣。
Economic law and civil law belong to the seven departments and legal systems, the two are dialectically unified relationship.
