丹参具有活血化淤、理气开窍、养血安神、调经止痛、凉血消痈之功效,有扩张血管、增进冠状动脉血流量的作用.主要用于心绞痛,亦可用于心肌梗死等.近年来丹参注射液的临床应用范围日益扩大,现结合有关文献将丹参制剂在临床上一些新的应用综述如下.
