采用固体粉末渗硼工艺,研究了YG6硬质合金刀片表面渗硼预处理对金刚石涂层附着力的影响.研究结果表明:YG6硬质合金刀片通过粉末固体渗硼,表面生成具有较好高温稳定性的、以CoB为主的渗层,克服了金刚石沉积中基底表面钴的不利影响,使得经渗硼处理的YG6刀片试样金刚石涂层附着力优于酸浸预处理试样.
The effect of boronizing pretreatment on the adhesion of diamond coating on YG6 cemented carbide inserts was studied by solid powder boronizing. The results show that YG6 cemented carbide blade has the advantage of high temperature stability and cobalt-based diffusion layer on the surface by powder boriding, which overcomes the adverse effect of cobalt on the surface of diamond deposit, YG6 blade sample diamond coating adhesion is better than the acid leaching pretreatment sample.
