介绍了基于DSP的电阻点焊智能控制系统的硬件、软件设计思想,并对该控制系统在实验室环境下进行了工艺实验,实验结果表明该控制系统能够补偿点焊过程的综合干扰。
The hardware and software design ideas of the resistance spot welding intelligent control system based on DSP are introduced. The experiment of the control system under the laboratory environment is carried out. The experimental results show that the control system can compensate the integrated disturbance in the spot welding process.
