主任,各位副主任,各位委员:近年来,市政府逐年加大民生工作财政投入力度,民生福祉受惠面不断拓宽,困难群众解困帮扶工作取得长足发展,社会救助体系日趋完善,低保救助、医疗救助、住房救助、临时救助、就业帮扶等向制度化、规范化、全覆盖、均等化发展,有效保障困难群众基本生活权益。现将有关情况报告如下。
In recent years, the municipal government has stepped up financial investment in people’s livelihood and has continuously broadened the benefiting people’s livelihood. The people with difficulties have made great strides in helping and relieving poverty. The social assistance system is getting better and the minimum living allowance , Medical assistance, housing assistance, temporary assistance and employment assistance should be systematized, standardized, fully covered and equally developed so as to effectively safeguard the basic living rights and interests of people in difficulty.
