萨北过渡带油井进行地面集油工艺实行减级优化,是油田高含水开采后期集油工艺的一项重大实践,减级布站在基建工程方面实现了节能降耗目的,但由于热洗管线增长,热洗设备减少等原因,机采井热洗清防蜡遇到了诸多难题,本文针对萨北过渡带减级布站后油井热洗清蜡难题,通过创新清防蜡管理方法,优化热洗清防蜡流程,疑难井洗井技术攻关等措施,有效提高了井筒清防蜡管理水平。
