随着我国高职教育的迅猛发展,高职体育教师队伍也不断扩大。高职体育教师的职业素质直接影响体育教学质量,关系到高职体育课程改革的成败与否。故加强高职院校体育教师的综合职业素质的养成,对更好地贯彻新时期高职体育课程教学纲要,具有极其深远的意义。因此,本文结合高职院校的特点,尝试对高职院校体育教师职业素质进行分析阐述,并提出相应的可行性建议,为高职体育教师队伍建设提供参考意见。
With the rapid development of our country’s higher vocational education, the contingent of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges is also expanding. The professional quality of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges has a direct impact on the quality of physical education and the success or failure of physical education curriculum reform in higher vocational schools. Therefore, it is extremely far-reaching significance to strengthen the comprehensive professional quality of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges in order to better implement the teaching outline of physical education in higher vocational schools in the new period. Therefore, this article attempts to analyze and explain the vocational qualities of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges according to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the corresponding feasible suggestions to provide reference for the construction of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges.
