从阐述全面风险管理概念入手,分析了企业全面风险管理的现状,从内外部两方面指出现代企业实施全面风险管理势在必行,并以国资委《中央企业全面风险管理指引》为主要依据,对现代企业实施全面风险管理的基本方法进行了阐述。其中,结合成功企业的实践经验,重点介绍了建设全面风险管理框架、一般思路和主要模式,以及建立风险管理组织体系的基本途径和成功实施全面风险管理的几个关键因素。
Starting with elaborating the concept of overall risk management, this paper analyzes the status quo of total risk management in enterprises and points out that it is imperative for modern enterprises to implement comprehensive risk management from both inside and outside. Based on SASAC’s “Guide for Comprehensive Risk Management of Central Enterprises” The basic methods of implementing comprehensive risk management in modern enterprises are described. Among them, combined with the practical experience of successful enterprises, the paper focuses on the construction of a comprehensive risk management framework, general ideas and main modes, as well as the basic ways to establish a risk management organizational system and several key factors for the successful implementation of a comprehensive risk management.
