目的:探讨针刺配合超短波治疗腕管综合征的临床疗效。方法:采用电针加TDP治疗的同时配合超短波局部治疗48例腕管综合征患者,每日1次,10天1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,观察其临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,48例患者显效27例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率达93.75%。结论:中西医结合治疗腕管综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods: Forty-eight cases of carpal tunnel syndrome were treated with electro-acupuncture combined with TDP and local ultra-shortwave therapy. The patients were treated with one course of treatment for 10 days and one course of treatment for three courses. The clinical curative effect was observed. Results: After treatment, 48 patients were markedly effective in 27 cases, 18 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.75%. Conclusion: The treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome with traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
