应德国研究联合会邀请,以中国社科院经济研究所副所长于祖尧为团长的中国社科院经济学家访德代表团于1998年9月5日至19日,对德国进行了为期两周的考察和学术交流。代表团成员有刘迎秋、左大培等人。在德期间,代表团访问了德国经济研究所、德国经济部、科隆大学、柏林自由大学等单位,与德国经济学家和政府官员就两德统一后德国的经济发展、东亚金融危机等问题交换了意见,现将考察结果介绍如下。
At the invitation of the German Research Federation, a visiting delegation of German economists from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences headed by Yu Zuyao, deputy director of the Institute of Economic Research of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, conducted a Germany-based period from September 5 to 19, 1998 Two weeks of study and academic exchange. Members of the delegation are Liu Yingqiu, Zuo Dapei and others. During his stay in Germany, the delegation paid a visit to German Institute for Economic Research, Ministry of Economic Affairs of Germany, University of Cologne, Free University of Berlin and other units. They exchanged views with German economists and government officials on the economic development of Germany and the financial crisis in East Asia after the reunification of Germany and Germany The opinions, the inspection results are introduced below.
