试验结果表明,不同昆虫病原线虫培养基对线虫产量和毒力影响较大,以植物性蛋白质为主的培养基配方E的线虫产量最高,SteinernemacarpocapsaeAgriotos的产量可达51.2×106条/瓶,并且,其线虫对大蜡螟的毒力与活体培养出的线虫相比,差异不显著。通过正交试验发现共生菌的接种量是影响线虫产量的主要因子,其次是培养基。配方E是一种理想的昆虫病原线虫培养基。
The results showed that different insect pathogenic nematode media had a great effect on the production and virulence of nematodes. The plant protein-based medium E had the highest yield of nematode. The yield of Steinernemacarpocapsae Agriotos reached 51.2 × 106 per flask, In addition, the toxicity of the nematode to the wax worm was not significantly different from that of the nematodes cultured in vivo. Orthogonal test found that inoculation capacity of symbiotic bacteria is the main factor affecting nematode production, followed by the medium. Formulation E is an ideal entomopathogenic nematode culture medium.
