气缸套外圆加工普遍采用涨瓣式夹具,这种模具在夹紧时,会使气缸套产生轴向移动,轴向无法定位,因而不能同时车两端。为解决这一问题,我们根据珩磨头结构,设计了一种新型的车外圆夹具。用于干式气缸套加工,效果很好。 如图所示,该结构夹具主要由夹具体2、弹簧3、支撑体4、活动锥轴6及拉杆9组成。夹具体断面呈六棱柱形,均匀分布6个槽宽b、长为a,分别与6个支撑体4配合,支撑体4可在a×b槽中内外自由滑动。夹紧时,拉杆在液压力的作用下拉动锥轴向左移动,迫使支撑体外移,夹紧工件。松开时,拉杆向右移动,锥轴在弹簧力的作用下右移,支撑体在拉簧的作用下被拉回位,松开工件。
Cylinder Cylindrical Cylindrical generally use up-valve clamp, the mold clamping, the cylinder sleeve will produce axial movement, the axial can not be positioned, and therefore can not both ends of the car. In order to solve this problem, we designed a new type of outer cylindrical fixture according to the structure of honing head. For dry cylinder liner processing, the effect is very good. As shown in the figure, the structure fixture is mainly composed of a clamp body 2, a spring 3, a support body 4, a movable cone shaft 6 and a pull rod 9. The cross section of the clamp is a hexagonal prism with 6 slots width b uniformly distributed and length a cooperating with 6 supports 4 respectively, and the support 4 can slide freely inside and outside a × b slots. Clamping, the rod in the hydraulic pressure under the action of pulling the cone axis to move to the left, forcing the support body to move outside, clamping the workpiece. When released, the rod moves to the right, the cone axis moves to the right by the spring force, and the support body is pulled back to the position by the tension spring to release the workpiece.
