我院在2005-2009年对580例患者应用头孢拉定进行抗菌治疗,其中33例发生不良反应。现对33例患者进行回顾分析,探讨头孢拉定不良反应的临床特点,以引起大家的重视,为临床合理用药提供参考。
In our hospital from 2005 to 2009 580 patients were treated with cefradine antimicrobial therapy, of which 33 cases of adverse reactions. Now 33 cases of patients were retrospectively analyzed to explore the clinical features of adverse reactions of cefradine to arouse people’s attention and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.
