培育新型农民是建设社会主义新农村的重要前提,是将农村人口压力转化为人力资源优势的必然要求,是农民增收、农业增效的重要途径,是构建和谐农村的主要内容。以科学发展观为指导,通过对社会主义新农村以及社会主义新型农民的分析,针对北京农村、农民的发展状况,研究北京郊区新农民培养问题。
Fostering a new type of farmer is an important prerequisite for building a new socialist countryside. It is an inevitable requirement for transforming rural population pressure into a human resource advantage. It is also an important way for farmers to increase their incomes and enhance agricultural efficiency. It is also the main content of building a harmonious rural area. Guided by the scientific concept of development, through the analysis of the new socialist countryside and the new socialist farmer, the research aimed at the development of rural areas and peasants in Beijing and the cultivation of new peasants in the suburbs of Beijing.
