1980年富平、乾县、永寿等地小麦减产,甘肃、山西、河北和江苏等省亦有类似现象。后据传病试验和病毒质粒电镜观察结果,初步认为是一种新的病毒病——小麦黄叶病(WYLV)所致。此病在我国部分地区的分布与为害,似有超过小麦黄矮病(BYDV)的趋势。鉴于小麦黄叶病与小麦黄矮病存在混合发生、并发发病和症状混淆的特点,为了正确诊断这种病害,1981年以来,对小麦黄叶病的症状进行了初步观察,简结如下。
