改革开放30年来,我国政府建设紧紧围绕党中央的决策部署和国务院的中心工作,在政治的民主与稳定、经济发展、人们生活水平持续提高、社会公正和谐、国家安全和社会秩序的改善、文化发展和精神文明的提高等方面可以说取得了显著成果。从简政放权的经营机制改革到现代企业制度的建立,企业渐渐成为真正的社会主义市场主体,社会主义市场经济日益深入人心,商业信用和银行信用也得到了长足的发展,初步具备了“信用经济”的特征。与此相同时相关法制建设也紧跟经济发展的步伐飞速前进。
