目的:探析视网膜激光光凝术应用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者不同分期治疗中的临床可行性。方法:将2013年2月至2015年7月来该院就诊的76例不同分期(增殖前期、增殖期、非增殖期)糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,通过回顾分析法,对所有患者进行视网膜激光光凝术治疗,对比视网膜激光光凝术对糖尿病视网膜病变患者不同分期治疗的临床效果。结果:对所有患者进行视网膜激光光凝术治疗后,增殖前期的视网膜病变患者治疗总有效率为87.65%,增殖期的视网膜病变患者治疗总有效率为83.32%,非增殖期的视网膜病变患者治疗总有效率为80.76%。结论:在糖尿病视网膜病变患者不同分期治疗中采用视网膜激光光凝术治疗,可以有效提高患者的视力,效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical feasibility of retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy at different stages. Methods: A total of 76 patients with diabetic retinopathy at different stages (pre-proliferative, proliferative, nonproliferative) who visited the hospital from February 2013 to July 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent retrospective analysis of the retina Laser photocoagulation treatment, compared with retinal laser photocoagulation in patients with diabetic retinopathy at different stages of treatment of clinical results. Results: After all the patients were treated with laser photocoagulation, the total effective rate of pre-proliferative retinopathy was 87.65%, that of proliferative retinopathy was 83.32%, and that of non-proliferative retinopathy The total effective rate was 80.76%. Conclusion: Retina laser photocoagulation can be used to treat patients with diabetic retinopathy in different stages. It can effectively improve the vision of the patients and has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
