冰区不同于一般的海洋及河流等水体环境,难以对冰区溢油采用同样的模型进行建模运算。为更好地预测冰区溢油的行为和归宿,降低冰区溢油造成的环境污染危害,基于冰区水体环境特点和油品溢流特点,采用冰密度临界值法,系统地建立了不同环境条件下的冰区溢油环境影响评价模型,并应用于实际冰区水体现场。开发了冰区环境影响评价计算软件,由用户输入与控制模块、数据处理模块、系统运算与显示模块组成,给出了具体算例,以期为冰区溢油应急处置提供技术支持。(图1,参10)
Ice area is different from the general ocean and rivers and other water environment, it is difficult to use the same model for oil spill ice modeling operations. In order to better predict the behavior and destination of oil spill in ice area and reduce the environmental pollution hazard caused by oil spill in ice area, based on the characteristics of ice water environment and the characteristics of oil spill, the ice density threshold method is adopted to systematically establish different Environmental impact assessment of ice spill environment model, and applied to the actual ice water site. The calculation software for environmental impact assessment of ice area is developed. It is composed of user input and control module, data processing module, system operation and display module. Specific examples are given to provide technical support for emergency response in ice area. (Figure 1, reference 10)
